From that point onwards, the prosecution proceeded to rely upon evidence which tended to show that Sheila Caffell had not and did not kill herself, whilst at the same time disassociating her nightdress from having been contaminated with blood from each of the other victims! Instead, they introduced the dodgy silencer, blood and paint evidence to suggest that with the Silencer fitted to the guns barrel that the overall length of the weapon so configured would have been much too long to enable Sheila to have shot herself twice with it! Moreover, that Sheila could not possibly have removed the silencer from the guns barrel after she killed herself with use of it, and transport it all the way downstairs to conceal not in a box in the gun cupboard, before returning back upstairs to lay down dead again on the main bedroom floor!
They used the dodgy blood group evidence obtained from blood which was supposedly found inside the silencer (DRB/1), 12th, 13th, 18th and 19th September 1985, that belonged uniquely and exclusively to Sheila Caffell, as if the blood group evidence themselves somehow proved that Sheila hadn't killed herself, but that rather she had been killed by Jeremy! But, the silencer to which this blood group evidence was associated to and with, wasn't even present at the Lab' on the occasion when between them the ballistic expert, Fletcher and the blood group expert, Hayward, supposedly dismantled it and discovered the all important blood inside the silencer by 12th September 1985 - the silencer 'DRB/1' did not even get submitted to the Lab' to be checked for blood until 20th September 1985, which fell after the dates when blood had supposedly already been found inside it...
Almost everything of any evidential value in the prosecution of Jeremy Bamber was / is dodgy!
