The 10 bullets which could not be linked or associated with or to the .22 semi-automatic anshuzt rifle, were in fact fired by way of the third .22 rifle that Sheila's accomplice took with him from the scene, leaving Sheila Caffell alive inside the farmhouse!

This can be proven by the fact that the 26th spent bullet case was never found at the scene, despite the police utilizing the use of a metal detector in their microscopic search of all the rooms of the farmhouse looking for it!

The involvement of the accomplice with this additional rifle serves to support the case for Jeremy Bamber having not been involved in the shootings of his family, including the shooting of his sister and then stage managing the scene to try and make it look like his sister had shot everyone else, and then taken her own life by shooting herself with the same gun!

Since, the same gun had not fired both of the two shots sustained by his sister, she was shot once each by two different guns, and she was shot downstairs in the kitchen, presumed to have died, albeit by way of suicide, and shot a second time once she had found her way upstairs, killed with a bullet fired from the anshuzt rifle - if Jeremy Bamber had been the shooter, he would have known that he had not shot and killed his sister, nor had he staged her death scene as a suicide on his parents bedroom floor, and he would have known if Sheila had been shot twice by himself, that he had used two different guns to shoot and kill her with, and with this in mind why would he stage his sister's death scene as a suicide with only one of the two guns he had used to shoot her?

Wouldn't he have realised that there exist ballistic experts, who can tell which gun was used that fired each shot by a variety of different means and methods?

Of course, it was the police who sanctioned the switching and replacement of the original PV/20 piece of badly fragmented bullet, with a WHOLE test fired one obtained post the date of the tragic events!

Why would Essex police tamper with one of the two bullets used to shoot and kill Sheila Caffell', if Jeremy Bamber had been her killer?

The simple truth is that they wouldn't have - they switched the bullets to favour themselves, in order to not have to explain the initial shooting of Sheila downstairs in the kitchen as confirmed by reference to the contents of the timed police radio message log contents, and how her body ended upstairs dead on the main bedroom floor, dead for a second time and in possession of a rifle which was resting against the inside of a first floor box room window at the time she was originally shot and presumed as killed downstairs in the kitchen at 7.35am?

Once pronounced as dead in the kitchen at 7.35am, and only three bodies upstairs by 8.10am, how did Sheila end up being the fourth body upstairs in possession of a rifle she had no right to be in possession of, which had fired the second shot which had killed her once and for all..
It favoured Essex police to switch the first bullet (PV/20), and 'it' helped them to make out a false case for how Jeremy Bamber had carried out and executed the stage managing process, with a view to laying the responsibility at his door!

The missing 26th spent Cartridge Case that Sheila's accomplice took away with him in the third rifle (a bolt action type weapon which required manual operation to extract and eject a spent cartridge case) used in the shootings is the key to winning Jeremy Bamber his reputation and liberty back!

Bullet

26 Not recovered during autopsy from the brain of one of the child victims..

Bullet

The Original PV/20 bullet referred to by the pathologist as the 'non fatal shot across the neck' which at the time of its recovery during autopsy performed on the 7th August 1985, was a piece of badly fragmented bullet, which mysteriously became transformed into 'A WHOLE BULLET' on or after the 12th September 1985, and became part of the folklore linking it as having been fired via and by use of the .22 semi-automatic anshuzt rifle, of which 15 such bullets apply (this being the only bullet that was subjected to a substitution, intended to take the heat away from the fact that Sheila had been shot by two different weapons both of .22 caliber, where she was shot once downstairs in the kitchen at 7.35am by the Anthony Pargeter .22 brno bolt action rifle, and presumed to have died. Her death at that stage being spoken about in terms of her having committed suicide (by 7.45am), and much later (at 9.13am) once her body had found its way upstairs to her parents bedroom she was shot a second time by a different rifle. The rifle which inflicted the fatal wound which ended her life beyond recovery, was in fact the .22 anshuzt rifle, which was resting against a first floor box room window at the time Sheila had originally been shot and presumed to have died downstairs earlier...

26 Not recovered at the scene, believed to have been taken away with the third .22 bolt action type rifle that was used by an accomplice in the shootings (the shooter did not manually operate the bolt action in order to eject the corresponding last (26th) shot fired, resulting in a significant imbalance between the total number of shots fired (26), the total number of bullets which existed (26), and the total number of spent bullet cases 25) that were found or recovered from the scene)...

Essex Police arranged for these 14 spent bullet cases which had not been loaded, fired and extracted and ejected from the .22 semi-automatic anshuzt rifle, to be replaced by a total of 15 test fired bullet cases which were fired, extracted and ejected from the .22 semi-automatic anshuzt rifle during 'UNREPORTED TEST FIRING' of 'that' rifle post the date of the shooting incidents. Since we now know with complete accuracy that some comparison tests had been made involving bullet cases using 'test fired' ammunition on the following dates, 12th, 13th 18th and 19th September 1985, it must follow that the ballistics expert had done an unreported test fire of control ammunition prior to the official test fire dates of the 20th and the 25th September 1985, and the 1st and the 2nd of October 1985. My in depth investigation appears to show that these earlier 'UNOFFICIAL TEST FIRINGS' of control ammunition were undertaken for the specific purpose of a substitution / switch exercise, whereby the spent bullet cases of which there were 15 which had not been loaded, fired, extracted and ejected by use of the .22 semi-automatic anshuzt rifle, could be switched or substituted for bullet cases which had been (albeit post the date of the shooting tragedy), thereby lending evidence to support the fact that what the police had been dealing with was a 'ONE GUN CRIME' when if the truth be known there were a total of four different weapons that played some role or other in this shooting tragedy...

For the purpose of being specific, the four weapons which were used in this shooting incident / tragedy were as follows:-

(1) - the .22 semi-automatic anshuzt rifle
(2) - the .22 brno bolt action rifle
(3) - an Unknown .22 bolt action type rifle, and
(4) - a 12 bore shotgun...

I know that Essex police are supported by their Lab' experts in saying that these shootings were / are a one gun crime, but to be frank they are responsible for trying to pull the wool over everyone's eyes!

This was undoubtedly a four gun crime, where .22 bullets were fired at victims from three separate .22 weapons, one of which was the .22 semi-automatic anshuzt rifle, another Anthony Pargeters .22 Brno bolt action rifle and a third .22 rifle taken away from the scene by Sheila Caffell's accomplice with a spent bullet case (the 26th spent bullet case) still nestling in the breech of that gun! The fourth weapon used in this tragedy was the 12 bore shotgun, found with a spent 12 bore cartridge nesting in its chamber!

Under these circumstances, how on earth could anyone (other than the police themselves) hope to try and get away with staging the crime scene as though all the shootings and deaths had involved just one weapon?

The cops have faked it..

They faked it because they knew that if they presented the shootings as a one gun crime, that the shooter would have had to reload the same rifle another twice! This was what motivated the police to tamper with the ballistics evidence of / in this case, for example, a lack of lead deposit found on the fingers of Sheila's hands, a sure sign they suggested that she could not have handled the additional bullets to load them into the gun to enable her to carry out and be responsible for the shootings, including her own death!

There were a total of three different versions of a .22 rifle used in these shootings, and with it, no need for anybody to reload any of the three .22 rifles with any additional .22 ammunitions! A lack of lead deposits on Sheila's hands thus proving nothing, least of all that she hadn't loaded any additional rounds into any .22 gun, there was no need for her to do that / this because the three .22 rifles used in these shootings had already been preloaded beforehand...

How can I prove what I am saying?

I can prove it by a reliance upon the following proven and established facts:-

(a) - the cops arranged for the original piece of badly fragmented bullet taken from Sheila Caffell's neck during autopsy performed on 7th August 1985, which by 12th September 1985, onwards had become transformed into 'A WHOLE' bullet, enabling the police ballistic expert to conclude that the two shots sustained by Sheila Caffell had been fired from the same gun!

(b) - there existed unofficially a total of 11 bullets which had not been fired by way of the .22 semi-automatic anshuzt rifle, or as the case may be, which existed officially a total of 10 such bullets which had not been fired by way of the anshuzt rifle - the reason for this apparent difference was because the original piece of a badly fragmented bullet that was exhibit PV/20 was replaced by a test fired WHOLE .22 bullet post date the tragedy, and which in turn formed part and parcel of the 15 bullets matchable to the anshuzt rifle! But for this substitution, there would have only been 14 matchable bullets as fired by way of the anshuzt rifle...

(c) - a total of 15 bullet cases were unofficially swapped over so that the case could be made out for these shootings to have been a one gun crime, but officially, only 14 spent bullet cases were actually swapped over, a batch  of 14 cartridges cases which  was afforded the exhibit reference of MDF/100 are still currently being retained at Huntingdon Laboratory..

(d) - bullet weights play a somewhat significant role in exposing the sham that was and is the investigation by Essex police into these five deaths at whf. Since, of the 26 shots fired, 7 of the bullets were too heavy to have originated from the batch of .22 ammunition beloning to the Bamber family! A further 5 bullets were much to light to have originated from any batch of .22 ammunitions purchased by Neville Bamber in November 1984 - So, where did this additional batch of heavy (7), and or light (5) .22 ammunition originate from?

(e) - there is a missing 26th spent bullet case - 26 shots fired, 25 bullets accounted for, with 25 bullet cases recovered from the scene! It seems that in their haste to frame Jeremy Bamber, that Essex police have dropped s right clanger!

(f) - it would appear, that despite what Essex police say about all the bullets which were fired during this shooting tragedy having all been selected from the same batch of .22 ammunition, is a false narrative! Since at least 12 of these bullets were either too heavy (7), or as the case may be, to light to have belonged to the batch of ammunition purchased by Neville  in November1984..Bamber
