Well I don't see how some computer re-enactment could work either.

i think a "real" reconstruction with an SC replacement would work.

Unless the conditions were the same, all you'll be doing is acting out someone else's interpretation of what happened.

im talking about the physical aspect of it not the position of bodies etc just the physical act of doing it there is no interpretation in that

Difficult as what led up to the final tableau isn't known. All one could do is recreate that.

re create the physical act, yes, and I remember now the jury asked to see a demonstration of the gun being loaded and fired, i understand exactly why they would have wanted to see that , maybe that had something to do with them finding JB guilty?

I think, from the way 'my' gun expert went through the logistics, it would have had enormous bearing on their decision.
