He is due out approx. Sept 11th 2019.

Are you involved or are you connected to the media company?
Julie Mugford the main prosecution witness was guilty of numerous crimes, 13 separate cheque frauds, robbery, and drug dealing and also making a deal with a national newspaper before trial that if she could convince a jury her ex boyfriend was guilty of five murders she would receive £25,000

I still think that the collecting of evidence here is very scrappy.

Why? Because they didn't look into tittle-tattle? His wife's blood was in the boot of a car he'd borrowed. His excuse for how it got there was that his wife must have put it there days after she went missing. This is the worst excuse I think I have ever heard! He also seemed keen to blame it on Halliwell but the idea is a non-starter because you would still have to explain the blood in the boot!

Who was the owner of the borrowed car ?  Had he known Linda ?

What happened about the cell-phone which was found ? Was it tested ?

No results for the " hoovered-up " material as the scientists spluttered their way through an excuse.

Glyn hadn't initially blamed Halliwell,it was words which were put into his mouth by the cop----auutosuggestion. Glyn hadn't given a thought to Halliwell until it had been mentioned.

I think that as the justice team were looking to clear this man but all agreed that he is probably guilty
speaks volumes. His reasons for not taking the lie detector were very weak.
If the truth be known he was just after compensation for a miscarriage of justice.
He should man up and disclose the whereabouts of her body.
Such a shame that the team wasted there time on this person.

She went missing when Glyn had the car - not the owner and tests showed that the blood could not have been 'planted'.

Who said they don't have results for the materials? They said they couldn't hand it over, not that they didn't have results.

Tested the phone for what?

No, he didn't give Halliwell a thought but jumped on it when it was mentioned.

The guy is guilty as sin but doesn't have the guts to admit to it.

I don't know whether the chaps guilty or not. I can't say one way or the other, but looking at the polygraph refusal does give full marks to JB who'd also demanded it to be done and went through with it which is in his favour against this chap.I suppose you'll say they don't work which is what Glyn said ?

Why do you think the hooverings were dismissed ?

The phone could have been tested for prints as well as content ?

He didn't exactly " jump " at the thought of Halliwell, though either way would/could have made him suspect.

One thing that goes against the grain is that he's a shifty looking character, but then JB was given all kinds of visual descriptions. Looks aren't everything except in exceptional cases ??

I was led to believe that Linda hadn't drawn any money from the bank ? Yet money had been drawn from 3 banks/building societies the day before she went missing.
If money had remained in the bank then it's right to be suspicious.

The car in question had been examined over 4 days without having found blood/hairs or fibres ?

There was also no mention at trial of " collecting travel tickets " written on the calendar so we don't know if that was ever pursued.
The prosecution took it that because Linda was missing it was murder. The jury followed suit.
