You simply cannot convict anybody on the strength of speculation - speculation is not evidence, and the trial judge, Drake was merely speculating about the call that Nevlle Bamber had made to Jeremy!

In respect, of the fact that Sheila had been shot by two different rifles, for example, once downstairs in the kitchen by rifle and silencer (a), as confirmed by reference to police radio message log contents, as per the 7.35am, 7.37am, 7.38am, 7.42am and 7.45am police radio and communication logs, and secondly, by virtue of the now known facts (b) that Sheila's life was terminated at 9.13am, when she was shot during a a police exercise ('informatives')...

It all clearly points and supports the fact that Jeremy Bamber did not play any part whatsoever, in the killing of his sister, and the stage managing of his sister's body, presented by Essex police, insinuating that Sheila must have taken her own life!

When, the truth was and is, that Sheila didn't take her own life!!!

Everything points towards the direct involvement of Essex police, in the death of Sheila Caffell, there on the parents bedroom floor, and the stage managing of her death scene there, as a suicide!

This is despite the fact, that Essex police recorded the fact that Sheila had been claimed to be dead, by way of a suicide, downstairs in the kitchen prior to 7.45am...

Please, how is it possible for Essex police to speak about the death of Sheila Caffell by 7.45am, as being by way of suicide, and Jeremy Bamber being her killer?

Nobody can be convicted on speculative evidence, but Jeremy Bamber was...
