Always came across well tbh. One of the many considerable talents that accompanied Blair in to power.

Yes I think there were scandals which surrounded her such as her husband's dealings with Silvio Berlusconi, the London Olympics budget overrun and the super-casino saga but she seemed to weather the storm and emerge unscathed.

I agree, Sure Start was a fantastic achievement, pretty much devastated by this government. She was a woman with real empathy, so sorry she had to suffer such a cruel illness. RIP Tessa

yes he was coruopt as hell. so was she.

acording to the new labour  she did but im sorry i dont really belive that.

I know she voted to cut legal aid to must less privalged and for various other cuts that affected the most the less privileged.

theres also the matter of all the not very privlaged arabs who she voted to blow to bits along with less privalged serbs.
