Nothing surprises me any more nugs. The amount of greed and corruption is like a cancer.

members of the jury are almost certainly biased in favour of the prosecution's case, since non of them have ever been convicted of anything, not dropping litter in the streets, or a driving offence, or even for not having a validated TV license...

Most defendants on trial (80% of cases) involve defendants convicted of a criminal offence or two or more previously!

How, therefore, can there be any truth in the suggestion or the claim that a person on trial will be judged by their peers?

It's all a scam...

In most cases, the cops and the CPS and it's witnesses are the true criminals!

Cops, the prosecutor and their witnesses need to be convicted and sentenced to hard terms of imprisonment by the trial judge dealing with the case!

Until this becomes fact, cops, the CPS and it's witnesses, should be immediately be convicted and sentenced on the spot for introducing false evidence, and given terms of life imprisonment, with no prospect of parole, let them all for inside in jail for their lives and corrupted practices! The sooner the law is changed so that the prosecutor, the cops and it's witnesses will be immediately incarcerated, then we can expect a defendant to receive a fair trial!

At the moment it's all bias in favour of convicting a defendant!

Judges responsible for overseeing trials should also be at risk of being convicted for being bias in favour of the prosecution's case - any judge convicted of this should be convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment with a recommendation that they serve a minimum of 100 years!

Then, candidate only then, will there be such a thing as a fair trial!

Of course it has nugs. It's just another underhanded money-making racket of corruption which the " touch-me-nots " are getting away with probably on a regular basis, until it comes to light.
