Absolute Gentleman and a great player.  Remember and watched him play on occasions.

There was no arguing with the referee in those days. Now there are too many prima donnas for my liking.

Iv'e footballed all my life Steve, i don't watch it any longer, i cannot stand the prima donnas that play now.  I watch women's football and it's a lot more honest and more enjoyable.  Iv'e played alonside Peter Swan and he was a character who played against Charlton and Bestie and Pele, he say's Bestie was the best player he played against, iv'e played against Emlyn Hughes and he was such a Gentleman, you don't get them like these Players anymore.
