i would a dog that had seen somthing bad happen to its owener would show sighns of it it would be upset but the dog seemed perfectly happy that would indicate hatt stacy was not atacked while walking the dog.

Yeah.

All his supporters just seem to be women that send him love letters. Over on IA its the same bunch of women spreading misinformation. No credible arguments.

But the husband is not going to attack his wife in full view as she's walking the dog in the park. The indentation on the bed suggested that she had been smothered there, as did the fractured ribs which occurred perimortem.

its scotts contention that stacy was going to walk the dog and somthing happend to her while she was doing that after he had left.

the dog was found running loose by the woman living next door to scott the proscution contend scott let the dog out himself.

im inclined to agrea withthem i cant be certan of guilt but the evdence seems to point strongly towards it.

He was on TV appealing for her to come home or witnesses to come forward ect ect. All while he was selling off her Jewelry on Ebay.

The inference can be drawn that he knew she was dead and never coming home.

Julie Mugford the main prosecution witness was guilty of numerous crimes, 13 separate cheque frauds, robbery, and drug dealing and also making a deal with a national newspaper before trial that if she could convince a jury her ex boyfriend was guilty of five murders she would receive £25,000

But the body was found within two miles of where he was fishing. Given the vastness of the USA's waters I would have thought that was enough proof combined with the other circumstantial evidence.

thats a very good point i thought it was a tiny bit strange on christmas eve anyway but i cant really say his guilty becouse of that alone.
