Well as I say if you consider all Police corrupt in all cases you will believe him innocent.
That is true but as we know police can be corrupt surely it should never be dismissed out of hand but rather accepted as a possibility.
You don't have to be a conspiracy theorist to be aware of corruption in the criminal justice system as well as other establishments
Anyone who has read the story of what happened to Christopher Alder are in no doubt that things can go very wrong and cover ups can be incredible by those seeking to save their own skin.  His family are still fighting for the truth.

Please! When the eulogy has finished read the youtube comment left by Greg Ahrens:

J. Patrick O’Connor positions Kevin Cooper as the unluckiest man to walk the earth. First, someone who looks exactly like him with the same DNA rapes a teenage girl (holding a screwdriver to the back of her head and threatening to kill her) in Pennsylvania. This happens right before he takes a trip to California. There he is arrested for burglary and sentenced to a minimum-security prison. Simply tired of the prison life, he escapes and settles in to an abandoned house next door to the Ryen family. An hour after he called associates asking for a ride and being turned down, he decides to hitchhike out of town. Although Kevin is a habitual car thief, he decides that he will turn over a new leaf this night and stroll right past the Ryen station wagon with the keys in the car. This is where his luck really goes south. Three white murderers happen to stop at the Ryen house minutes after Kevin has left and slaughter the family. They stole an ax and knife from the house Cooper was staying in. They also steal the station wagon that Kevin passed up minutes earlier. These killers left no evidence at the crime scene but they all happened to wear the same size shoe as Cooper with the same prison-issue tread pattern. Then these killers walked down to the abandoned home where Cooper was staying and showered – again careful to leave no trace of evidence that they were there. Cooper’s bad luck doesn’t stop there. Not one person speaks up to verify that they picked up an African American male wearing prison attire hitchhiking in the middle of the night and drove them to Tijuana. On top of that, the “three white killers” abandoned the stolen car near the border – right where Cooper crossed – again leaving no trace of evidence. And the bad luck continues. Cooper joins a couple on a boat and before he knows it, he is being accused of raping the woman at knifepoint. Then, at the exact same moment the police arrive at the boat to question him, he happens to take a leisurely swim off the side of the boat – making it look like he was trying to escape. But the really bad luck is yet to come. The San Bernardino Sheriff’s department – simply wanting to convict somebody – anybody – decide to frame poor Kevin for the murders by planting his DNA at the crime scene, the house next door, on the ax used during the murders, on a discarded tee shirt and in the stolen car. They also planted prison issue tobacco in the car with Kevin’s DNA. On top of that, all the witnesses presented at the trial were liars and the judge was bias. This incredible string of bad luck continued when a pair of coveralls with red spots was found at the home of Diane Roper – 40 minutes away from the crime scene. A deputy dispatched to pick them up reported that Diane’s father was sure they were used in the murders because Diane (a self-professed witch) had a vision during a trance that proved it! Case closed. Right? No. The deputy reported that there were just a few red dots below the knees and they looked like paint, not blood. Obviously he was part of the massive cover-up and discarded the coveralls. The list of participants in this great injustice boggles the mind. The witnesses, police, sheriffs, investigators, and many layers of appeal judges were all in on this carefully orchestrated framing of poor, unlucky Kevin Cooper. Bad luck indeed.

It's not safe for Kevin Cooper ever to mix with the general public, so to that extent whether he committed the Chino Hills massacre is purely academic. However if law enforcement is guilty of planting evidence the perpetrators should be behind bars, along with whoever these three white men (or were they Mexicans) are.

California hasn't executed anyone for 12 years and I doubt they will again. Cooper is a nutcase anyway who belongs in a facility for the criminally insane.
