Too Fat To Kill?
« on: June 06, 2017, 12:21:PM »
I watched this yesterday. Man goes on trial for murder facing overwhelming evidence. His defence was he was too fat to have pulled the trigger.

Only in America.

No. I said a he was tired and that's why it took him longer to get the last trailer to the combine.

In case you don't remember, it was suggested that the time it took him to take the last trailer to the combine shows he committed the massacre. You could not fault this idea you said.

But clearly you can.

Lookout is the person who said Bamber would have been too tired to commit the massacre.

Some if the recent suggestions why Bamber is innocent have also been more ridiculous than usual.

Those are suggestions you made up in order to be derisive.

I can tell. Because I do it also  ;)

But it surely follows that if you're suggesting that tiredness was the reason for him taking longer to get the last trailer to the combine, you must also be suggesting that he was too tired to commit murder.

No. You can commit murder while being tired.

I guess if you're REALLY fat and can't get up then the chances of killing someone on the spur, are more difficult. Wouldn't stop you planning something and executing it though. I guess people will try anything to get out of serving time. Oscar Pistorious played on his disability, OJ Simpson played the race card so this guy used his weight. Sometimes they're successful - it worked for OJ.

I suppose they could squash their opponent to death just by sitting on them.
