There is nothing in the forum rules that states you cn't leave and come back under a different name. It doesn't show deception at all, simply a preference to keep their real identity private. Who people are is their business - it's their argument that is up for debate, not their identity. I won't be checking anyone's IP - just to satisfy people's curiosity.
