This is very odd and rather creepy and I'm not easily worried about mysteries but this is chilling

It certainly is very strange.  I had never heard of this before.

The Hill the campsite is on has never had any history of avalanche.

They moved 2000 meters then moved apart bodies found in three separate locations

Wikipedia (reliable I know) lists a few different theories, it says that avalanches were common where theY camped.

Interesting story though, I'd never heard of it and I usually like these sort of mysteries.

I've looked at this from several different angles, but on this occasion I don't think JB was responsible.  :D

Must have been the Yeti then.

Even if it was an avalanche it does not explain the locations of the bodies in 3 different areas far away from the tent  ???

You have to wonder how reliable the various reports are, but it certainly seems a mystery.

Some of the theories on that wiki page even involve aliens lol.

You can safely rule out yetis and aliens.   One theory is native Russians tribes

In the wiki page above (on the investigation section) it says that only the hikers footprints were found.

Where did you hear about the incident?
