How do you know this is the same Brett Collins?

Age and middle name. There is another Brett C but the age is incorrect.  He is the only B.E C in New Z.  :-\

Or walk.... if his knees allow it.
I found another Brett Collins from New Zealand about this age, but he looks nothing like Jeremy´s friend. This Brett Collins was incarcerated for ten years (didn´t read in detail), and is now an avid spokesperson for inmates and wrongfully accused prisoners, believe it or not!

I've been wracking my brains for the last two days now,,trying to think of the name of the guy,Sean somebody who was wrongfully imprisoned for 27 years, then exonerated a few years ago. Can't even remember the case,,but I knew his Christian name. I'll probably remember the case once I know his name.

I was actually thinking about Sean when BG had mentioned the other day about Jeremy staying where he was,,and the sadness most of us would feel if when Jeremy is released, that he should fall ill,as happened to Sean. So very sad.

"As a result of Hodgson's appeal Operation Iceberg was created by the Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC) with the aim of using DNA evidence in pre-1990 rape or murder cases.[4] This led to the review of 240 other convictions. The CCRC also requested that the Crown Prosecution Service identify and review similar murder cases from the time before DNA testing was available."

From Wikipedia. Uh, oh, but that can never been done in Jeremy Bamber´s case, since the police illegally destroyed all physical evidence in 1996. That is so WRONG!

Of course they knew. The people responsible need to be looked into and held accountable. What a travesty.
Then, I don´t know whether Jeremy is glad or livid about this...

Alias I would assume he is livid...I know I would be.  DNA could prove so much in this case, today. I also agree, whoever gave the orders to destroy vital evidence when a man was trying to prove his innocence should be made accountable for his/her actions.  I wonder who it was?  :) :) :) :)
