My personal thoughts after 7 months research
« on: February 03, 2011, 10:47:PM »
I am uncertain if Jeremy is guilty or innocent.

I tend to side on his innocence.

My close friends in Essex Police do not agree with me.

Either way,  I am certain in my heart,  that I wish for his release.

We did a few simple test of our own, the bike stuff and so on. We just couldn't see it.

One thing is certain, this was one of the worst examples of police work in Essex in the last 50 years.

If Jeremy Bamber should be released I will be very pleased for him, and for Mike too.

It's good to see all the new posters on board. Some very decent and fair minded people.

We all have something in common.

We search for truth and justice.

I might appear to shoot down a lot of theories on here, but if the truth is ever going to be known, I think it's important that nobody is blinkered by their personal wishes and bias. I'm not biased - I don't know which one of them did it. I do think that someone who was guilty would not spend so much time trying to prove it, but that's just my opinion.

If the appeal is to succeed it's important that all the potential pitfalls are prepared for. In the last appeal there appeared to be several very good grounds, not least the DNA evidence, and the judges still rejected it and gave their reasons.
