Eddie Gilfoyle's Brother in Law

     Does anyone know if Eddie Gilfoyle's brother in law who was a police sargeant who found eddie's
 wife Paula's body, was in fact her brother, or other blood relative.

well if his brotherinlaw he would have to be her brother wouldn't he.

I think he is married to EG sister and was a policeman at the time , but not now , i dont think he was involved in the case !!

Time of death in the Gilfoyle case was also never ascertained !!

he was released on licence i believe so yes he still stands convicted.

though it means one thing the parole board must have though he was innocent.

When someone is convicted of murder I e parent or wife is it always the case the person who is conficted loses their inheritance?

The law is that a person convicted of murder is not able to benefit through inheritance from the estate of the victim. The convicted person can still inherit from someone other than the victim.

That's a good bit of information incase any forum members are thinking of bumping of their wives

So Adrian prout wouldn't have inherited the farm when he was convicted of killing his wife although I though his girlfriend still lived at the farm
