Going along with Rozga's claims.
On originally entering he describes the kitchen door as being open. He later on goes upstairs before eventually returning back downstairs to the hallway. Prior to entering the kitchen he then describes the kitchen door as being "fully open".
From this we can safely deduce by his use of the word "fully" that the kitchen door was not fully open when he first viewed it. He would not mention this bit if there was no change.

This could be significant in regards to the staging of Ralph's body.
The kitchen door not being "fully open" on the first viewing may well have been down to it being obstructed from being fully opened as Ralph and/or the chair he was eventually  posed on prevented it.
Following Ralphs body/chair being moved and staged the door could then be fully opened.

Rozga entered the house before Mildenhall but did not go into the kitchen until after Mildenhall.
Mildenhall and Rozga do not seem to have seen each other when in the house.
Mildenhall after entering the kitchen later went up the back stairs and did not re-enter the kitchen.
A little later on Rozga goes through the kitchen.

When Mildenhall entered he claims the puddle of blood from Ralph was a "small puddle".
Later when Rozga entered the kitchen he claims the puddle of blood from Ralph was a "large puddle".

It fits that this puddle grew in size within a fairly short period of time that cannot be conversant with him being dead for a number of hours unless the body had been significantly moved to allow blood previously contained by a different orientation to be released. This supports the argument that Ralphs body was moved and staged at some time (possibly prior to Mildenhall entering the kitchen) by some other police officers.

Webb according to his claims , entered the kitchen before either Mildenhall or Rozga. In regards to Ralph he makes no mention of any puddle or pool of blood at all.  One could assume that it  no pool/puddle of blood was mentioned as it was not present at this time as not enough blood had escaped from Ralph's body.

Do any statements anywhere mention the pool of blood around Ralph?

Hall who is supposed to have entered the kitchen before Webb, Mildenhall or Rozga makes no mention of a pool or puddle of blood from Ralph.  He only speaks of considerable blood on the floor and body.
If we consider that he uses the same term to cover the body and the floor then we can expect the amounts to be vaguely similar...ie the amount of blood(stains) on the floor being about the same amount in quantity as on the body. That seems to exclude a pool or puddle being present early on.

Manners, who entered the kitchen about the same time as Hall also makes no mention of a pool or puddle of blood associated with Ralph. All he mentions is blood stains on the floor in a general sense.

Rozga speaks of "the kitchen lampshade was smashed".

He tells us the bulb was still working though.

This gives us a problem....as there were two light fittings in the kitchen.
Rozga speaks specifically with "the kitchen lampshade" which implies there being only one such lampshade in the kitchen.
Rozga should have noticed that there were in fact 2 light fittings...so in saying "the kitchen lampshade" which implies one only then it may betray him never entering the kitchen...OR it does not exclude there being two light fittings in the kitchen but that only one of those light fittings had been fitted with a lampshade so it becomes the sole "the kitchen lampshade" he speaks of in his statement.
