Rozga entered the house before Mildenhall but did not go into the kitchen until after Mildenhall.Mildenhall and Rozga do not seem to have seen each other when in the house.Mildenhall after entering the kitchen later went up the back stairs and did not re-enter the kitchen.A little later on Rozga goes through the kitchen. When Mildenhall entered he claims the puddle of blood from Ralph was a "small puddle".Later when Rozga entered the kitchen he claims the puddle of blood from Ralph was a "large puddle".It fits that this puddle grew in size within a fairly short period of time that cannot be conversant with him being dead for a number of hours unless the body had been significantly moved to allow blood previously contained by a different orientation to be released. This supports the argument that Ralphs body was moved and staged at some time (possibly prior to Mildenhall entering the kitchen) by some other police officers.
Webb according to his claims , entered the kitchen before either Mildenhall or Rozga. In regards to Ralph he makes no mention of any puddle or pool of blood at all. One could assume that it no pool/puddle of blood was mentioned as it was not present at this time as not enough blood had escaped from Ralph's body.
