There is some confusion whether or not this means that Sheila Caffell's body was (a) laid on top of the far side of the bed, from the vantage point of Dr Craig standing at the main bedroom door, or (b) that Sheila's body was laid on the bedroom floor beyond the far side of the bed?

With this in mind, I do not rush to judgement...

Instead, I draw attention to the fact that by the time (around 9.05am) DS Jones and DC Clark visited the main bedroom crime scene, that the bodies of June Bamber and Sheila Caffell' were at this time laid on top of the bed in the main bedroom, side by side, with the anshuzt rifle laid on top of the bed in-between both bodies, and that Sheila's body had a Bible placed upon her chest!

I pose the following proposition - if Sheila's body was laid on the bedroom floor on the far side of the bed at 8.44am, then at least by around 9.05am, the bodies of Sheila and June were laid on top of the bed...

Therefore, proceeding on the basis that Sheila's body had been on the bedroom floor at 8.44am, rather than laid on top of the bed in the main bedroom, then this was a third position in which Sheila's body was positioned / located at /in, prior to the occasion when Sheila Caffell's body ended up on the main bedroom floor! Then, at around 9.05am, a fourth location / position of Sheila Caffell's position before Sheila's body ended up in its final resting place!

By 9.13am, Sheila Caffell's body was on the bedroom floor to the left hand side of the bed, in the general location / position which photographs taken by DC Oakey / DC Henderson (1st SOCO team), by 10.00am, and by 11.00am in photographs taken by PC Bird (2nd SOCO team) - and so, by the time we can say with a degree of certainty as and when Sheila Caffell's body ends up on the main bedroom floor...

That's a total of five separate locations and positions that Sheila Caffell's body has been reportedly present at or in at the scene. Let's refresh our memories, and list each and everyone of these individually five different positions /locations?

(1) Sheila's body was the body of a woman seen inside the Laundry via the Laundry window when PC Collins, and PC Delgado peered in to the Laundry window

(2) Sheila's body is present in the Kitchen (between 7.35am - 8.10am)

(3) Sheila's body is 'on the far side of the bed' ( on the main bedroom floor) at 8.44am, when Dr Craig pronounced Sheila as being dead

(4) Sheila's body is laid on top of the bed alongside the body of June Bamber at 9.05am (according to DS Jones and DC Clark)

(5) Sheila's body ends up on the bedroom floor after 9.13am..

Surely, by anybodies standard, the fact that Sheila Caffell's body was supposedly present in five separate locations / positions inside the farmhouse, downstairs and upstairs, must establish or prove that Sheila Caffell was still very much alive, inside the farmhouse, long after the firearms officers first entered the farmhouse at 7.30am...

Based on my in depth analysis of this prognosis, We can say with a degree of certainty that Sheila did not die any sooner than 9.05am...

How in these circumstances, could Jeremy Bamber have shot and killed his sister?

Different personnel involved at different times of the investigation - (3) Dr Craig saw Sheila Caffell body 'on the far side of the bed' at 8.44am, but it had been moved onto the main bedroom floor where she received a second shot by 9.13am...

Please explain to me in 'Your own words',  how it can be justified that his convictions can be justified, when the crucial evidence which was used to convict him was not / is not true?
