Photographs of Nevill were given to the defence during the original trial.

They may have been...but as Mike now informs us the relevant one such as under discussion was not.
I do hope Hartley was not trying to mislead by implying that the relevant photo under discussion was one of those photos shown to the jury and that thus the jury were not misled.

I am going to post the (falsified) photographic schedules on this thread to facilitate discussion and debate (and also to prove that the picture we are talking about was never disclosed to Bambers legal team, or to the court which tried him - and that the court of appeal has not made any ruling in connection with it)

The door that was forced is outside of the kitchen and they knew there was a body in the kitchen so were clearly careful when they entered the room.
Few people have the imagination for reality
