Police Officers who photographed the crime scene at Whf, made serious blunders by taking three particular photographs (no. 23, no. 27, and no. 32), in which 'PC Bird' (Witham SOCO), claimed that he was the only Crime scene Officer to take photographs at the scene, who could have taken photograph ( no. 23) the rifle leaning against the  inner side of the main bedroom window (no. 27) to take images of 'Sheila Caffell's body laid on the main bedroom floor with the rifle resting on her body at a time when she had two bullet entry wounds to her neck, and (32) a close up photograph of the barrell resting against the left hand side of her neck...

The significance of this, was that during the trial he testified, to the effect that he had taken all three of these/ those photographs, when he could not possibly have taken photograph no. 23, or photograph  no. 27, because he also confirmed that DC Oakley (Headquarters, SOCO) had actually taken crime scene photograph no. 27  (who as it turns out, had not been present inside the farmhouse at the same time, when PC Bird first set foot inside the premises, which was at 10.00am. DC Oakley had only been present inside the main bedroom, between 9.00am - 10.00am, that same morning. Furthermore, if [he] DC Oakley had been responsible for taking photograph no. 27, it's a raving certainty, that PC Bird could not have taken photograph no. 23 (from ''THE SENIOR INVESTIGATING OFFICERS PHOTOGRAPHIC ALBUM' containing a total number of images of '581' (all of which were captured on 'a negative strip' containing 10 negatives. This detail is important and highly significant, because each new strip of 10 negatives are signed off for use by the individual police officer, against signatures at the source of supply.  So, if DC Oakley took the crime scene photograph no. 27, he must also have taken crime scene photograph no. 23, because he would have been issued with at least three separate  negative strips, each consisting of 10 negative strips, bearing it's own reference, signed off to him, at point of supply,  made up in the following sequence..

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6  7, 8, 9, 10. Then with an additional reference no. for the second collection and use of a further 10 negatives, numbered, 11, 12, 13  14, 15, 16  17, 18, 19, 20, in corresponding sequence, and again with the collection and use of that third strip of 10 negatives, the add on sequence, with the following sequence with which photographs had been taken, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30...

An hour after DC Oakley had started  to take his first photographs at the scene (9.00am), PC Bird (10.00am) commenced taking his own photographs,  using the very same sequence, as described with regards as already set out...

There is no way, that DC Oakey, or PC Bird would allow each other the use of each others, or their own negative strips, or vice versa..

We can therefore be certain that for some reason or other, 'PC Bird lied' about himself  having taken photograph no. 23 of the rifle leaning against the main bedroom window in the sequence with which he would have snapped off photographs, one by one, in sequence, involving three negative strips, each strip containing exactly 10 negatives, and so what were the first 22 crime scene photographs taken by PC Bird, followed by the next 8 photographs of his third strip of 10 negatives?. Similarly, when DI Cook testified in the same proceedings, by claiming that it had been he (Cook) who had removed the rifle from Sheila's body and that he had placed it there at the main bedroom window, despite it not being possible to do this until after 10.00am that morning, adding that PC Bird then took  photograph no. 23, but DI COOK 'lied'  ...

A further two other police officers said in their witness statements, that they had removed the rifle from Sheila's body, namely PS Woodcock (11.10am) and PI Montgomery (time unknown)? In order, for three removals of the gun from Sheila Caffells body, by three separate police officers, Cook, Woodcock, and Montgomery, it would require someone to replace the same gun back on the body by either themselves, or someone else, on two additional occasions, before, or after PC Bird took up photographic duties from 10.00am, onwards in the main bedroom?

When DI Cook testified during the trial, he said that the body of sheila had remained unmoved and untouched, along with the rifle and that the photographs had been taken by PC Bird with everything institu...

He lied..

He lied, because once the rifle was moved from Sheila's body on the first occasion, no evidence exists or has been disclosed explaining how the rifle had ended up being put back onto her body twice further..

It is no mere coincidence that PS Woodcocks witness statement was/is significantly edited..

PS Woodcock and PI Montgomery, were involved in the hour long police exercise ('INFORMATIVES') that police conducted between 9.00am -10.00am, an hour before Cook and his team took over the control of the crime scene (10.00am - 11.00am), so I believe this evidence is a significant development, which serves to name two police officers (Woodcock and Montgomery) of staging Sheila's body/death scene as a suicide..

Many others can now be named, as a matter of them being involved, or knowing about the police faking Sheila Caffells death circumstances, as though her body had been found laid out on the main bedroom floor, in possession of the Anshuzt rifle minus its silencer, and she having two bullet entry wounds to her neck  and that from as long ago as around 7.35am - 8.10am, all five victims bodies had been located, two bodies downstairs ( the body of one dead male  and the body of one dead female),'found upon entry to the kitchen', and that after a thorough search that 'a further three bodies had been found and located, upstairs'!

We know there were five victims of this shooting tragedy- one man, two adult females, and two boy twins...

It must follow that one of the two adult female victims, either June Bamber, or Sheila Caffell, had been the female body that was found and located by the firearm team when they entered the kitchen?

According to the police's own account, June Bamber must have been one of the other three bodies, along with the two boy twins...

Logic and recorded police accounts of what the firearm team were confronted with upon their entry into the kitchen, or beyond, can lead to it being established beyond doubt, that Sheila was the female found, located (or challenged by armed police) and her body left downstairs unsupervised because the rest of the farmhouse had to be searched and checked out..

Witham SOCO must have known that other officers who had arrived at the scene before them, had staged Sheila Caffells death circumstances, so Cook, Davidson, Hammersley and PC Bird, must join Woodcock and Montgomery, as the accused, along with others, including, Dr Craig, PC Wright, Harris, Gibbons, DCI Jones, ACC Peter Simpson, DC Oakley,  DC Henderson, and the remaining members of the armed raid team that initially entered the premises...

I know what I'm talking about, it's 'all true' - they 'framed Jeremy Bamber for shooting dead his sister' on 'the main bedroom floor', and by default 'they convicted him of the other four murders', when 'the police had shot her', and it was 'them' who 'altered' and 'tampered with the crime scene' trying 'to settle for the suggestion' that what they had been dealing with was a case of four murders, and a suicide, that 'Sheila had shot and killed the other four victims, and afterwards she had turned the gun on herself. Police, and all those I have named, staged Sheila's death circumstances, and the immediate environment around the place where they eventually chose to say her body had been found upon entry, to cover up for the role they played in her death..

There exists 'a huge catalog' of 'inconsistent', ambiguous, and 'contradictory', evidence , which favour a miscarriage of justice in the current matter has/did and which continues to 'infest the rule of law', 'justice' and the 'laws of god', which formed part of the 'police', 'prosecuting authorities', and 'relatives of the deceased/accused', 'input into the case', that was eventually 'brought', 'processed', and 'executed', against 'Jeremy Bamber', which are 'normally present' when 'someone has been', or 'is' being 'falsely arrested', 'prosecuted', and 'imprisoned, unlawfully'.

The types of category where all of this 'inconsistent', 'ambiguous' and 'contradictory' nature of 'dodgy evidence' can be easily identified by a 'thorough', 'unbiased', 'methodical sweep/search' in the following 'analysis' of the 'key', and 'critical parts' of/in 'the evidence':-

The 'Senior investigators (photographic) Album' (581) , versus the so called 'Master Copy' (Photographic) Album ) (223) , and the Crown Court (photographic) Albums ( UNKNOWN ), one, two, or all three of which, are 'inconsistent', 'ambiguous', and or 'contradictory', with 'all' of the 'alleged sequence of events'...

The contents of 'The Property Other Than Found Register' ('POTFR'), and the 'sequential Order' in which such items were/are to be, was/were recorded in all four versions of this 'proof read'/'read' technographic 'documentation' of the 'evidential value'

Exhibit and Item numbers for the same pieces of evidence

Missing, or lost, or destroyed exhibits, evidence, or items

Disturbing and conflicting references to the batch of crime scene ammunition, including spent cartridge casings found at the scene, and bullets recovered from the bodies of victims, from/at the crime scene (25 shots fired during shooting incident, yet depending on where you choose to see the available evidence, 26, and or a 27th bullet could have been fired, set against only 25 bullet casings being (allegedly) found at the scene, leading to the obvious conclusion that 'TWO' spent 'BULLET CASINGS' are unaccounted for, at this late stage (some 35 years, or so, later) are still not accounted for, and this is despite 'THE FACT' that one of the alleged 25 bullets that were fired during this shooting incident, only '24 bullets', or 'part bullets' were officially recovered from 'the bodies of the five victims during autopsy', or 'found' at the crime scene, 'AND' rather more significantly, That 'the remnants of one of those 25 bullets' was left inside the skull of 'NICHOLAS CAFFELL', and the fact that 25 bullets were miraculously exhibited as part and parcel of the prosecutions case (everyone who has the gift of basic mathematical knowledge, knows that 25 + (1) = 26), so 'IF' that/this be the case, where is the 26th spent bullet case? The ultimate truth in this matter, is that if 26 bullets were fired during this shooting incident, and only one weapon had been used by the person, or persons responsible for all five deaths, and that weapon had been 'the .22 Anshuzt rifle', any spent bullet casing that corresponded with any .22 bullet 'fired from it' during the incident, would have been automatically discharged from it, and been found or discovered by 'ONE OR OTHER, SOCO' team at some stage, otherwise, even the 'KEYSTONE COPS' would have realised that 'IF' no spent
cartridge casing had been jammed inside the extraction mechanism of the .22 semi-automatic 'ANSHUZT' rifle, that either it would have been discovered, found, or seized at the scene, or alternatively, not ejected from the breach (manually) of a .22 bolt action (type) rifle, and still be in the breach of such a .22 bolt action rifle, which 'IF' such a weapon had been found, discovered, or seized at the crime scene, 'THAT THE MISSING SPENT BULLET CASING (the 26th) 'WOULD HAVE BEEN DISCOVERED IN THE BREACH OF SUCH A .22 BOLT ACTION RIFLE, OR HAVE BEEN WHISKED AWAY TRAPPED INSIDE THE BREACH OF THAT .22 BOLT ACTION RIFLE, BECAUSE THE PERSON WHO HAD FIRED IT (at the scene, at the time of these shootings), MIGHT NOT HAVE/DID NOT MANUALLY EXTRACT THIS/it ( from the breech of his/or that .22 bolt action 'type' rifle )..

Being, 'the' rather 'astute', and 'diligent individual', that I know with 100% certainty' that I am, it is without any doubt, that these public servants (who are the police, or someone in public office) would be asking themselves, and or telling their subordinates, to try to find out where (a) the missing/absent spent .22 bullet casing was/is, or coming to the only conclusion that Sheila could not only have been (NOT RESPONSIBLE) responsible for shooting dead any or each of the other four victims, but also that she could not have been responsible for shooting herself (suicide, wise)..

Linked to this, has got to be 'the astonishing rate of growth', and 'transformation' of one of the (OTHER) 25 BULLETS THAT HAD BEEN, OR NOT BEEN FIRED DURING THE INCIDENT  ( exhibit referenced, 'PV/20') which 'WAS/IS and (had) been identified, THROUGH REFERENCE TO AN XRAY TAKEN OF SHEILA CAFFELLS NECK PRIOR TO AUTOPSY BEING PERFORMED AT THE HOSPITAL/MORGUE, WHICH SHOWS THAT IT HAD FRAGMENTED AFTER ENTERING HER NECK, AND THEREFORE, COULD NOT POSSIBLY HAVE BEEN A WHOLE BULLET (PV/20) AS SUBSEQUENTLY DESCRIBED BY THE PROSECUTIONS (so called) BALLISTICS EXPERT, (the right 'DISHONURABLE') MALCOMB FLETCHER, 'AS A WHOLE/COMPLETE BULLET'
 recovered from Sheila CAFFELLS NECK, DURING THE AUTOPSY OF HER BODY ON THE AFTERNOON of '7th August 1985'...

THUS, AND THEREFORE, 'HE HAS TO BE REGARDED AS HAVING BEEN RESPONSIBLE' (along with everyone else, 'NAMED BY ME' in this worrying miscarriage of justice...

The following indisputable facts, have a direct bearing upon the prosecution, conviction, and sentencing of Jeremy Bamber in connection with the five deaths occurring at whf, and a claim that Sheila Caffells unique blood, and red paint particles from a scratched kitchen surround, being found inside, or on the outside of a silencer (an imaginary sole silencer), when at the time the unique blood of Sheila Caffell was found inside one silencer ('DB/1') which had been submitted to the lab's on 30th August 1985, and individual blood group results were obtained from samples of a blood flake, on the 12th, 13th, 19th and the 19th September 1985, prior to a second silencer ('DRB/1') was received at the Lab' (presumably by Robert Woodwis Boutflour) on the 20th September 1985, which did not get examined until 25th September 1985  at which time particles of crushed red paint were noted to be present in the knurled metal end cap of this silencer. The red paint particles were matched on 2nd October 1985, as being a match to the red painted /scratched aga...

By the time, the matter came to court, the blood group evidence found in one of the silencers ('DB/1') and the crushed particles of red paint on the outside of the other ('DRB/1') became intimately merged together as though both the blood group and crushed paint particles had been found in 'it' one silencer..

Ann Eaton handed over silencer 'DRB/1' to DC Oakey, on the 11th September 1985. Her brother, David Robert Boutflour, then contacted the police by telephoning  them, to inform them that he had found 'THE SILENCER BELONGING TO THE GUN'...

A day later, on 13th September 1985, DS Eastwoood and DS Davison fingerprinted that silencer ('DRB/1'). On the 14th September 1985, DC Oakey took the very first photograph of the scratch marks on the red painted kitchen aga at the crime scene. On the 20th September 1985, somebody delivered, exhibits 'DRB/3', 'DRB/2', and of course, exhibit 'DRB/1'...

Rather somewhat significantly, the other silencer, 'DB/1', had been sent to the lab's on 30th August 1985. Upon examination, human blood was found on internal baffle plates (silencer, 'DB/1'), blood types, 'A', 'EAP BA', 'AK1', and HP 2-1', at the lab's during analysis of this blood, carried out on 12th, 13th, 18th, and the 19th September 1985...

This information is conclusive proof, that the blood group evidence ('A', 'EAP BA', 'AK1', and 'HP 2-1') could not possibly have been found inside the key silencer ('DRB/1') because it was not taken to the lab's for the very first occasion (20th September 1985), which was after dates (12th, 13th, 18th, and 19th September 1985) when human blood had already been found and analysed in a different silencer ('DB/1') which had been at the Lab', from 30th August 1985, onward...

The blood group evidence found in silencer 'DB/1',  on dates prior to 20th September 1985, when silencer 'DRB/1' was first taken or brought to the Lab, was dishonestly associated to the wrong silencer (Court Exhibit no. 9, 'DRB/1'), upon which the matching, crushed red paint particles from the kitchen aga, were not confirmed or matched, at the Lab' until 2nd October 1985. Thus, clear evidence exists to cast a huge shadow over the integrity, of the silencer ('DRB/1'), human blood ('A', 'EAP BA', 'AK/1' and 'HP 2-1'), and crushed paint particles which were subsequently matched to scratch Mark's not photographed until 14th September 1985, at the scene, because relatives mischievously tampered with it whilst the silencer was still in their possession right up until the 11th September 1985, a date which was almost two weeks after the other silencer ('DB/1' - 23) had already been received at the lab' and inside of which was found and analysed...

The silencer ('DRB/1') handed over by Ann Eaton, to DC Oakey on 11th September 1985, could not possibly have had the same 'item reference no.' (23), as the other silencer ('DB/1')23, because they couldn't have been the same silencer, which Essex police claimed they had had in their possession, from the evening 12th August 1985, it ('DB/1') having already been handed over to DS Jones, by Peter Eaton, supposedly bearing the exhibit references, of 'SJ/1' (entry in DI Cooks notebook entry), yet 'SBJ/1' (lab' item no.  22) on the lab' documentation, dated, 13th August 1985. It is rather astonishing, that exhibit references appear to have been manually crossed out, and replaced  by a different exhibit reference, on two additional occasions  where the pattern of alteration, was/is as follows,

'SBJ/1' (22) - to Lab' on 13th August 1985

'DB/1' (23) - to Lab' on 30th August 1985

- human blood groups identified as present inside ('DB/1' - 23), silencer ('A', 'EAP BA', AK1', and HP 2-1') confirmed at Lab' on the following dates, 12th,13th, 18th and 19th September 1985..

'DRB/1' (23)

- handed to police by Ann Eaton, on 11th September 1985

- phone call to police by David Boutflour on 12th September 1985, saying he has found the silencer to the gun

- DS Eastwood, and DS Davidson, fingerprint silencer ('DRB/1') which Ann Eaton had given to police (11th September 1985), examination taking place on 13th September 1985

  - to Lab' on 20th September 1985

,- firstly examined at lab's on 25th September 1985, first time crushed red paint particles noticed in knurl of silencers metal end cap

- crushed red paint found ingrained onto silencers ('DRB/1') metal end cap, was subsequently  matched to a paint sample taken from the kitchen aga, confirmed as a match on 2nd October 1985..

The cops, relatives, and Laboratory staff/experts have all conspired to pervert the course of justice, by allowing false evidence to be introduced so that the prosecution could get Jeremy Bamber convicted, as the murderer, even though it had been police themselves, who shot her dead, and had staged the circumstances of her death, as a suicide.

Relatives, had 'inside' information from a serving Metropolitan police officer, 'PC ROBERT CARR', who stuck his nose into the original investigation (SC/866/85 - 'four murders, and a suicide'), from as early as the 2nd day of the 'Essex police investigation' (8th August 1985), during which he seized two exhibits at the scene  bearing the exhibit references, 'RC/1' and 'RC/2', which he duly handed over to 'DS Davidson' at the scene on 8th August 1985..

One of these exhibits ('RC/1') which was a paint/varnish sample taken by PC Robett Carr, from a white painted bedside cabinet against which Sheila Caffells head had been photographed very close to, upon which existed a very distinctive scratch mark (Crime Scene image to be attached), and a rifle ('RC/2') which had crushed white coloured paint ingrained onto the end of the guns barrel...

There was a link between 'PC Robert Carr' and the Bamber, Boutflour, and Eaton families, in that his father (John Carr) held the position of manager of the family run caravan park, known as 'Osea Road Caravan Park...

PC Robert Carr, was obliged to make notes about his visit to the scene, on 8th August 1985, about the fact that he had found, seized or taken possession of two exhibits from the scene, which he believed were both key items of evidence which Essex police investigators should pay attention to, because he felt sure, that the rifle with the white paint ingrained on the end of its barrel, was linked to the circumstances of Sheila Caffells death on the main bedroom floor...

I produce a copy of the relevant scratch mark that was photographed near the bottom of the white coloured bedside cabinet door, for ease of mind, here..

Please pay attention to a somewhat unique visible scratch mark on the surface of the white coloured bedside cabinet encapsulated within a red circle on a crime scene photograph that was taken with Sheila Caffells body still institu, close to the same white coloured bedside cabinet, that was photographed at the scene on the first morning of the police investigation (7th August 1985)...

How come, "no crushed particles of the scratched white paint/varnish from the bedside cabinet, were found during analysis of paint sample 'RWC/1' comparison which was looked into, on 2nd October, 1985, associated with/to crushed paint particles, which first became noticed, and not recorded until on or after the 11th September  1985, when Ann Eaton handed over to Essex police (DC Oakey), court exhibit 9, exhibit reference, 'DRB/1' and the other 'DRB/2, 3 and 4' exhibits?
