Logic dictates that PC Bird (Witham police station SOCO) could not have taken any of the 'original' 223 photographs ['THE MASTER COPY' photographic 'ALBUM'] at the scene of this tragedy, 'before' 10.00AM, other than a handful of still images which he created/developed from the crime scene video footage videos he took at the scene, during between 10.00am - 1.15pm...
Some evidence has emerged which serves to establish that PC Bird was the video camera man who took four video cassettes at the scene, of the various crime scenes in the main kitchen downstairs, the downstairs toilet, the main bedroom upstairs, the children's bedroom upstairs, and the upstairs bathroom after arriving there, and the farmhouse being handed over to Witham police SOC, from 10.00am, onward until 1.15pm, that same day.
Essex police created a false 'MASTER COPY PHOTOGRAPHIC ALBUM' which only contained 223 images (including some still images extracted from one or more of the original four crime scene video cassettes),. It was a blatant deception to refer to the edited photographic album, as being 'THE MASTER COPY ALBUM', because we now know about the existence of 'THE SENIOR INVESTIGATING OFFICER PHOTOGRAPHIC ALBUM' , which was retained by ACC Peter Simpson', and kept under lock and key in his Headquarters office safe. It having a total of 581 photographs and or still images taken from PC Birds Crime scene video footage..
Based upon my findings, it is now possible to say with complete confidence, that Headquarters and Witham police station SO got their heads together and presented an unreliable set of photographs to the court of trial and subsequently at the 2002 appeal, to try and conceal any involvement in the examination at the scene by Headquarters SOC (9.00am -10.00am) or that they had not taken any crime scene photographs after 10.00am, because by that stage, the Witham SOC had control of the farmhouse, between 9.00pm with specific instructions not to let anyone into the premises until their work was done!
Based upon what I discovered and regarding which photograph or 'Still Image' was taken first, concerning the following images:-
The first photograph was printed/taken from one of the original negative strips, consisting of 10 negatives, in each strip. The second 'Still Image' produced for consideration (below) was printed from one of the four video cassettes taken which were known to relate specifically to genuine, real time crime scene footage.
Please take a look for yourselves...
