There were four bibles at the scene of the White House farm tragedy - but only this one was photographed in any crime scene photograph, resting (upside down) against, and slightly on top of Sheila Caffells outer right arm...

Somewhat rather bizzarely, neither of the two different images of the very self-made bible, were disclosed to Jeremy Bambers defence team, and there were no crime scene photographs showing the bible resting (upside down) against a resting slightly on top of Sheilas upper outer right arm, in the so called ' MASTERCOPY' photographic album, created by PC Bird, seemingly containing all 223 images which police had taken at various stages, at the scene, and during autopsies performed on all five victims..

The bible was not being relied upon by the Prosecution as part of its case at trial..

By all accounts, the police disregarded the existence of that bible alongside Sheila's body, altogether, by pretending that 'it' had been destroyed, and burned on a bonfire at the scene, and proceeded as though there was never any evidential value in the bible, in any event...

Many years later, around the time of the 2002 appeal, it emerged that the court which had tried the case 17 years or so previously, had been decieved and misled regarding the absolute number of photographs the police had taken in all locations, (223) published under a pretentious true record outlining all photographs which had been taken, with no one left in any doubt whatsoever, that PC Bird had been the only police photographer who had taken photographs of the bodies of victims, and rooms at the farmhouse  'undisturbed' ever since the bodies of the five victims had been found by members of the firearms unit between 7.35am - 8.10am, earlier that morning, and it was the prosecutions case, that PC Bird had not started taking any photographs at the scene, until shortly after 10.00am...

Repositioning of bible..

Sheila could not have shot herself on the bedroom floor twice in quick succession, she was only shot once upstairs in the main bedroom, at precisely 9.13am..

At the time she received the second shot Sheila was laying on top of her parents bed, with a bible on her chest, minus any rifle...

She was originally wounded when the first firearm officer forced his way into the kitchen due to the fact that there was something heavy behind the interior door joining a corridor and the main kitchen. At that time there were two bodies sat on chairs against the interior door on the kitchen side. These two bodies, were Neville Bamber and Sheila Caffell. Nevill Bambers body was slumped in a chair closest to the internal door. The wooden chair his body was perched upon, was pushed up right into the corner of the kitchen, thus preventing anyone easily making it through the door. The opening edge of that door was on the left hand side of the door from the vantage point of being in the kitchen looking in the direction of the same door. Its hinges were on the right of the door as viewed from the same vantage point. To anyone else, located on the other side of that door (firearm officers), the opening edge of the door was on it's right, with the door hinges on the left. It was not possible for one officer to have been able to push open the inner door all by himself. This was because in addition to the body of Nevil Bamber being slumped on a wooden chair, Sheila was sat on a second wooden chair in front of him. It was not possible to see Nevil Bambers body from the vantage point of any police officer standing outside the main kitchen window looking in because the angle of vision from any part of the window to the corner of the kitchen where the opening edge of the internal door would ordinarily open, and where the body of Nevil Bamber was slumped, was too acute. Hampered by Sheila who was sat in the second chair closest to the kitchen window. Anyone looking into the main kitchen through the kitchen window, would only have been able to see Sheila's body which also contributed towards making it appear as though there was only a woman's body in the kitchen, prior to the firearms team actually entering the back farmyard door at about 7.30am...

Sighting of what appeared to be the body of a woman in the kitchen as viewed by firearm officers who peered into the kitchen from outside the kitchen window, was not a mistake, they saw Sheilas body on a chair, and did not know at that time that there were in fact two chairs against the internal door, and two bodies, hence why a report was given that a dead female could be seen in the kitchen, by PC Collins...

The existence of Nevill Bambers body on the other chair at the kitchen side of that door, only became apparent when an attempt was made to open that inner door by firearms officers in the hallway, beyond...

The true circumstances of what took place, from that point on, was originally recorded in PC Collins witness statement which originally consisted of 14 pages. The contents of that statement would have been recorded generally in PC Collins pocketbook either before he went off duty, or as soon as possible thereafter. We now know, that someone edited key parts of PC Collins witness statement, chiefly what had taken place after entry was forced with a view of the police entering the kitchen...

In total, two full page contents which originally formed in the 14 pages of his witness statement were missing completely, and two further pages were edited so as to try and conceal what had really taken place...

Hence, by reference to key police radio log messages that were passed between members of the raid team and senior officers who were isolated in a nearby outbuilding, timed in hand written police logs, 7.37am (the body of one dead male, and the body of one dead female found in kitchen upon entry), 7.38am (one dead male, one dead female), and 8.10am (after a thorough search, a further three bodies found upstairs. Five dead, in total)..

The missing page contents from PC Collins  witness statement, and the edited pages of the same, would corroborate the contents of the times, handwritten police radio log contents, thus proving that Jeremy Bamber could not possibly had shot Sheila dead upstairs on the main bedroom floor, or indeed, that he had stage managed her body on the bedroom floor to make it appear as if she had committed suicide!  He could not have killed Sheila upstairs on the bedroom floor any time before 8.10am, that morning, because Sheola was still alive downstair in the kitchen, at 7.35am, 7.37am and 7.38am. Furthermore, Her body was still downstairs in the kitchen but by that stage presumed dead, after being shot once, by 8.10am because only three bodies were found upstairs. If there had been a simple mistake made regarding how many bodies were downstairs in the kitchen, the mistake would have been rectified once the police got upstairs, by a simple declaration to the effect that a further four bodies had been found upstairs, but in their haste to cover something sinister up which must have occurred, they got muddled up and were not even capable ofelementory maths, where two and four bodies made the total number of dead was five, or was it six?

By examining the crime scene photographs taken in the main kitchen of the farmhouse, it becomes readily apparent that the chair upon which Sheila Caffell had been sitting at 7.35am, 7.37am, and 7.38am, had at some point become toppled over and catapulted its occupant onto the kitchen floor in the region of the coal hod  and the red painted aga surround...

Now, according to the Witham SOCO reports, witness statements, court testimony, and statements /interviews provided as part of the COLP investigation, Witham SOCO did not touch or move anything, no bodies, no items of evidential value, until PC Bird had photographed each room of the farmhouse, I.e. from each corner of each room - and yet there on the kitchen floor, are neatly placed seat cushions  and what appears to be a towel  soaking up pooled blood!

So, in the midst of the shootings, either Sheila, oor Jeremy  were mindful of pooled blood on the kitchen floor in an area where the occupant of the closest overturned wooden chair must have ended up after being catapulted from it after 7.30am, but prior to 7.35am, 7.37am, and 7.38am...

The two cushions belonged, one each to the two wooden over turned chairs, upon which had been seated the body of Nevil Bamber, and Sheila...

Rather more astonishingly, the body of Nevil Bamber, had somehow got tangled up and over the second wooden chair which Sheila had been sat upon between 7.30am and 7.35am..

The kitchen table purposely pushed from it's natural position to permit the two seat cushions and a towel to end up undisturbed on that part of the kitchen floor soaking up pooled blood!

A remarkable turn of events!

Who's blood was it?

Sheila's?

Nevill Bambers blood?

If the blood beneath the two seat cushions and a towel was/is Nevil Bambers blood, surely, it could only have got there after the firearm team forced entry into the kitchen by 7.35am, onwards

Sheila, nor Jeremmy could have had anything to do with placing these two seat cushions and a towel there - it had to be the police, who were responsible for staging the death scene of Nevil Bamber in the kitchen, and possibly trying to hide for the fact that Sheila had for a time been present (7.30am - 8.10am)..

One other curious feature worthy of note, is that in one of the kitchen crime scene photographs, there very clearly appears to be a blue and white jacket hanging down the right hand side of the red painted kitchen aga, whereas in other kitchen crime scene photographs the colourful striped jacket is missing!

More significantly, the blue and white striped jacket would have served to prevent the muzzle end of a silencer, or a guns ball making any scratch Mark's on that part of the aga, or the underside of the mantel shelf, itself...

It beggars belief, that no fibers belonging to this striped jacket were found ingrained into paint Samples taken from the damaged part of the kitchen aga!

What actually happened to the blue and white striped jacket?

Did it ever have an exhibit reference?

Surely it would have had bloodstains on it?

Was it ever scientifically examined, and if so who's blood did it belong to?

It should not be forgotten, that between the time Dr Craig examined Sheila and presumably mistakenly pronounced her to be dead (approx' 8.38am), and other police officers attended inside the main bedroom crime scene, only recollected that Sheila had only been shot once (prior to 9.13am - when she received the second shot..

And, let us not forget, that DS Jones returned to White House farm at 11.10am on the first morning of the police investigation, and took possession of four exhibits which were originally earmarked, SBJ/4, SBJ/3, SBJ/2 and SBJ/1 ( a silencer). What concerns me, is that DS Jones was not a Witham scenes of crime officer, so why was he returning to the crime scene, in particular the kitchen downstairs and the downstairs toilet? Bearing in mind, that police had already staged the crime scene downstairs in the kitchen, and two different teams of SOCO ( Headquarters SOC, and Witham SOC) had photographed and videos the crime scenes at different times to one another:-

Senior police officer's conducted 'INFORMATIVES' between 9.00am and 10.00am at the scene..

Headquarters SOC photographed and videod the crime scene, between 9.00am and 10.00am...

Witham SOC photographed the crime scene between 10.00am and 1.15am...

Why have two separate teams of SOCO's recording the crime scene at different times of the day?

Why is there a significant discrepancy between the total number of crime scene photographs contained in 'THE MASTER COPY PHOTOGRAPHIC ALBUM' (223) and 'THE SENIOR INVESTIGATING OFFICERS PHOTOGRAPHIC ALBUM' (581)' a total of 358 addition crime scene photographs?

How could it be possible, for there only to be 223 photographs contained in 'THE MASTER COPY ALBUM', and yet 358 additional crime scene photographs contained in 'THE SENIOR INVESTIGATING OFFICERS ALBUM'?

BEAR IN MIND, that senior officers conducted 'INFORMATIVES' at the crime scene between 9.00am and 10.00am, on the first morning of the police investigation...

It must follow that contained in the withheld 358 crime scene photographs some evidence capable of undermining the safety of Jeremy Bambers convictions..

If at one stage Sheila's body was laid on top of the bed with a bible on her chest (police have photographic evidence proving this to be true), minus the rifle, with only a single bullet entry wound to her neck, and her body ends up on the bedroom floor with the bible now resting against the upper outer part of her right arm, and suddenly she has a rifle in her possession,  and now sporting a second bullet entry wound?

Jeremy wasn't present at the crime scene when each of the two SOCO's took these conflicting photographs..

I shall now comment on the significance of the bible, and the pretentious suicide note within...

(To be Continued, shortly)!

According to the now known evidence,'THE PRETENTIOUS SUICIDE NOTE', was not inserted into the pages of the bible when it was first stumbled upon by the police during the hour long period (9.00am - 10.00am) when senior officers conducted a police assessment under the 'guise of 'INFORMATIVES'. The suicide note was originally found on Sheila Caffells bedside cabinet..

You may ask yourselves  then if that be the case, how come 'that note' ended up between pages of the blue covered bible on the bedroom floor?

Before I offer my explanation, please also bear in mind, the sudden appearance of a crochetted  cloth (also between the open pages of the very same blue coloured bible) that at some point after 9.13am, ( but prior to 10.00am) this was originally found downstairs in the kitchen, and captured in several crime scene photographs taken by Headquarters SOCO team (9.00am -10.00am)..

If 'the suicide note' was originally found in Sheila's bedroom on a bedside cabinet, who moved it into pages of the blue bible which ended up later being photographed close to Sheila's body when she was photographed on the main bedroom floor?

Who moved it and why?
