If there was nothing to hide in the documents that the CPS refute were not disclosed, then just disclose them again. For the sake of the cost incurred for a bit of retrieval and scanning by some admin staff, the authorities would rather pay a renouned QC and argue the case instead?

'The senior investigating officer in the 1985 White House Farm murders destroyed evidence in his own home, a court heard.'

----------

How would anyone know Ainsley did this 35 years ago?

2010 is mentioned - which is puzzling, as I understand Ainsley retired after one of the appeals.

From Colin Caffells
His relationship with Sheila was one of brotherly love. He was very proud of having a beautiful sister who was a photographic model

Would " this evidence " have anything to do with the late " Taff " Jones's logs etc ?
