I have a particular interest in the Birmingham Six case, so may have some questions for you!  (I have not forgotten your own case, either.  Will add a post to your thread soon).

At this point, I am undecided on Luke Mitchell, but I am definitely leaning in a particular direction.  What I am reading and hearing does not inspire confidence in the original investigation.

Definitely. The disgraceful way forensics was treated is an absolute disregard for natural justice.

In Luke  Mitchell's case. no way has he been treated fairly and on the basis of other suspects should of been re-examined.

Given the publicity surrounding the case it might have been better had the case been held in Glasgow rather than Edinburgh.
