   The non disclosure/destruction of vital evidence is a recurring theme of this case.
   Why did EP initially deny having pictures of the bible in situ? The defence only became aware of these in 2002 and the note has effectively disappeared.
   Why have they never disclosed the note? The fingerprint results?
   It was all considered vital crime scene evidence by EP at the time. That they photographed and fingerprinted the bible at the time shows that it was seen as vital evidence. The behaviour of EP afterwards in lying about the existence of this evidence also shows that it was vital evidence.
   The known deceit of EP in this case is staggering.
